I went to San Francisco this last week. It was so much fun!!! We just went to get away and to just have fun! haha it was also way nice to just get away!!
Friday we drove all the way to San Francisco with some stops on the way....(mainly bathroom stops haha) It was such a long drive but worth it!!

we got to San Francisco around 7 that night (well we really stayed in a hotel in Oakland which is right by San Francisco). We went to our hotel and put all of our stuff in there and then we went to In N Out! It was really good!! haha after In N Out we drove up to the Temple to see were it was because we were going to go there the next day. It took us a while to get there because we had to find it. Once we got there we looked at the view. It was so pretty!!

We went into the visitors center and a missionary told us about an original copy of the book of mormon.. it was really cool acutally! haha it was really old though! After she told us that had like a million copy's of books of mormon in other languages so i translated them for my dad..haha not really i was just pretending i could! haha after the temple we went back to our hotel and watched t.v and looked outside at the fireworks... It was a really weird 4th of july. It didn't even seem like it was the 4th of july!
Saturday we woke up and drove to the temple to do Baptism's for the dead. The temple was really pretty but it was alot different inside than our temple. It was my sister Kirsten's first time in the temple and doing baptisms for the dead so I like had to show her everything to do and go first for everything haha. We met these 2 really nice girls there that came in and did it with us. They told us what we should go and see in San Francisco haha. After we did that we took some pictures outside of the temple and then changed to go down to San Francisco.
We spent probably around 2 hours (if it wasn't that it sure felt that long! haha) just driving around San Francisco trying to figure out where we were going and where everything was. After driving we went to Pier 39/ Fisherman's Warph. This I would say was one of the funnest things we did there! My dad dropped us off and went to find a parking spot so waited for him and then went and looked around the shops and stuff. 
We went into this one shop called Feild of Dreams which we thought was a sports shop but no! They had these little wooden stand up's of high school musical and miley cyrus. Me and my sisters were looking at them and a sale's person comes up to us and ask's if we like Hannah Montana we said yes especially her (pointing to my sister Kirsten because she used to be ubsessed not so much anymore) and he said ok do any of the people with you have a camera? We said yes because we never go anywhere pretty much without a camera haha (my dad likes taking pictures) and he said ok follow me. I was wondering what we were doing and thought it was kind of weird but i went anyway cuz it had to have been something cool! He goes over to a bunch of rectangle card board boxes and pulls one out he then takes this guitar out and it's signed by Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus!!! He let us hold it and get a picture with it! It was so cool!
My sister was talking about it all day saying I want to buy that guitar I want to buy that guitar! haha but we went into this other store and it also had signed guitars! they were in glass cases so you couldn't hold them but still! haha I saw a Carrie Underwood guitar that she signed and she is like my favorite singer so i had to get a picture with it!! My sister Ashley also loves her so we both got a picture with it! 
After looking at all the shops we were all really hungry so we went to go find something to eat. While we were walking to our car we kind of got side tracked with some car commotion. It was so funny and entertaining! So there were these 2 cars a white car and a silver car. The white car was trying to back up and get into a parking spot (it was on the side of the street) and this other silver car pulled up right behind it. They got into this huge fight and nobody was moving. The silver car had 2 black ladies and some kids and the white car had a white family haha. There were huge crowds on both sides of the street and a bunch of people were video taping it. A security guard came and was just standing there it seemed like from what we could tell because we were on the other side of the street. Finally after maybe about 10 minutes another security guard person came and it seemed like he wasn't doing anything about it either. We still stood there because we wanted to see what would happen. The black lady got in her car and started getting her car in the parking spot to try to get that spot. The white car saw her doing that and backed up so she couldn't get it. She then tried again and the guy in the white car got out and sat down so she couldn't pull in any farther. Once he did this the whole crowed was cheering for him. After about 20 minutes a police car pulled up. He started talking to the people we didn't know what was happening so we just stood there. Another police car showed up and they just kept talking to the people. People in the crowed were still watching and the crowed just kept getting bigger and bigger! Finally after a while the white car drove off. Everybody in the crowed was for the white car meaning they all thought that he had the right for the parking spot and all that stuff so everyone started yelling and saying boo! It was so funny! The black lady kept saying bye bye to the people with the camera's and then she got in her car and they eventually left to so we thought that the police told them both to leave. 
We walked to our car and we all wanted pizza so we went looking around for that. We finally found a pizza place called Round Table Pizza. It was so good!! 
After we ate we were deciding what we should do. We thought it was to early to go back to our hotel so we decided to go to the Golden Gate bridge!!! It was cool haha nothing to big but still haha it was cool!
After this we decided to go back to our hotel so we did and then went to sleep.

We went to San Francisco again this day and went shopping. We shopped and then walked to China Town and looked at the stores there.
My sister Ashley wanted to get a purse so that was our main thing for there. We didn't find one and we were done there so we went back to the car. We all had so much fun at Pier 39/ Fisherman's Warph so we wanted to go back. On the way there we took a little detore around and we think we saw the house werer Full House was filmed! So we got a picture of them.
If you don't think there the houses then you go find them for me because I want to see them! haha but were pretty sure its them. My brother Derek wanted to see the Sea Lions there so that's what we were going to do. Once we got there we decided to just head down to Gihardelli Square so we did. We looked in shops on our way and i wanted to get my picture done like have someone draw it and stuff so we looked at stuff like that. They were about 20$ and i didn't want to spend that much so we just walked to Gihardelli Square. On our way we saw a guy that did face painting stuff for 2.75$ so I got my face drawn! It was so cool! It took like 1 minute to do to! After I got it done we walked the rest of the way and we found these trolleys so we decided to get our picture taken on them.
After we got our picture we found out that Gihardelli Square was like either the next street over or a couple streets over so we didn't want to keep walking so we just headed back to Pier 39. We looked at the Sea Lions once we got there. There was only llike 4 i think because they all headed somewhere to have there babies and all that stuff but we still looked at them. 
We were all really hungry and mainly everyone wanted Subway to eat (excpet for my brother Derek all he wanted to eat on this trip was McDonalds YUCK!!) so we all went to eat at Subway except for Derek. He went to McDonalds when we got back to our hotel. After that we didn't know what else to do so we left. But again took a little detore out of San Franciso. When we got to our hotel we all went to bed.

They had really fun rides and it was also like a Sea World kind of thing! We went on the rides and went to see some of the shows that they had. We went to see Shoaka (a killer whale) The dolphin show and the Sea Lion show. They were all really cool but i would have to say that the Sea Lion show was my favorite because it was like an actual show! The other shows were cool but it was just showing tricks the animals could do but the Sea Lion show did that but twisted it into like a real show! I thought it was really cool!! 
While we were in the park i got really dehydrated and got a really big headache. It wasn't fun!! We sat down in some shade and got drinks and stuff. While we were walking to our car these people told us that there car broke down and asked if we could help them jump it so they could get back home. As being nice as we were (haha jk) we helped them. They were very greatful (and my dad made us write this stuff on papers like what we learned, experienced, helped, and financial stuff wise did for the day) so we decided that we could put helping them out on one. Once we got back to our hotel the boys all dropped the girls of so we could hurry and shower and get ready to watch the Bachelorette while they went to get us dinner. I have to say I am very mad because DeAnna chose Jesse not Jason!! Everyone was so mad! haha but they do seem happy. But still she is stupid for not choosing him!!! After we watched that we all went to bed.

On the way there I didn't get out, drink anything or eat anything so when we were about 1/2 hour to an hour away i started to feel VERY sick! we stopped so I got out and I felt like I was gonna faint because I was so light-headed, felt like I was gonna throw up and I was dehydrated. I didn't want to eat anything because I thought that I was gonna throw up. We got back in the car and I had been sitting in the very back the whole trip but my parents had me sit up front. They told me I needed to eat and get a drink and they didn't have drinks (pop) at the other gas station so we went down the road to get something. I just got some water and the only thing that I thought sounded good was Saltene Crackers. My mom was glad I wanted that because she said that she thought that would settle my stomach the most. I ate a little bit and then I just kept eating them because it made me start feeling a little bit better. When we were driving to the Yosemite Visitors Center we saw these people River Rafting and we all wanted to do that so when we got to the Visitors Center we were going to find out. We got to the Yosemite visitors center and we went in. I still felt sick but I was getting better. My family all talked to one of the people that worked there except for me I was sitting on a bench haha. It turned out that it was like 20$ per person to do the River Rafting so we decided not to do it. My dad, Brother-in-law Tyler, sister Ashley and brother Derek all hiked up to Bridal Veil Falls to see the water fall. I was still not feeling the best so me, my mom and Kirsten all stayed behind at the Visitors Center. I was quite glad I didn't go because right after they left it started pooring down rain!! We sat there for like an hour waiting for them to get back. When they got back they were all wet! They weren't as wet as we thought they would be but they were still wet!
It would take us 2 hours to get back to our new hotel so we started heading there and to get some dinner. When we got there my dad checked in and then we went to go find something to eat for dinner. We drove around for a while and I wanted Taco Bell (again the only thing that sounded good) and so we went there. My mom and Tyler got Taco Bell to. Ashley and Kirsten wanted Subway so we went there next. (this was a small little town. we got to Subway around 7 and they closed it right after Ashley and Kirsten had got there food!) We then went to Carl's JR. for Derek and my dad (he finally got something different than McDonalds! haha) I had been craving Jamba Juice the whole trip so we went next door to get some Jamba Juice while my dad and Derek were ordering there food. We got back and all ate dinner. It tasted SO good!!! 
When we were finished eating we went back to our hotel. I started getting ready for bed because I was tired and didn't feel good. Everyone decided to go swimming in the pool so I just decided to go (because I didn't want to stay back at our room by ourself) but I didn't swim I just watched them. We were at the pool for about half an hour. They were finally finished swimming so we went back to our room and went to bed.

I couldn't eat the Sausage McGriddle so I gave that to my dad and just ate the hashbrown. We went to the Gas Station after eating to get some gas and to get drinks (if you couldn't already tell my family is a big soda drinkers haha). I went to the bathroom again because I felt like I was going to throw up. This time I really did throw up twice. It wasn't very fun! We went back up to Yosemedi because my family still wanted to see some things. We went to this one tree thing that opened in the middle. They had to hike up to it. I didn't go because I was still sick. I stayed in the car with my mom and slept the whole time. It did feel quite good to just sleep! Once they got back we went to this look over thing were you ould just look down and see stuff in the park. I stayed in the car and just slept still. It wasn't fun at all being sick that whole time! And I felt bad because my mom stayed with me the whole time and couldn't get to see any of the stuff but I was also happy she stayed with me. Once we were done with all this we drove to Reno because that was were we were staying that night. It took about 4 hours to get there. On the ride there I started feeling MUCH better!!! I was very happy! We stopped at Carson City, Nevada to get some dinner. We went to Pizza Hut. It was so cool you could like go in and order it and sit down it was like a real resturant! We didn't want to eat there so we just got pizza and then just waited outside for it. Once we got it we all went to get some drinks haha and then we wanted to find a park to go eat at. we didn't quite find a park so we just went to this grass area by this store and ate on the curb and the road haha. 
We finally drove to Reno. We got to our hotel and went to our room. I hated walking threw the lobby because it was full of people gambling and it smelt like smoke I HATE THAT SMELL YUCK!!!! When we got to our room we wanted to go swimming and or walk around Reno just a little bit. We called to see what time the pool hours were and they were 8 A.M- 7:30 P.M it was 9 so we knew that was out of the decision. Since there was nothing anybody else wanted to do besides walk around Reno we just went to walk around.
I was kind of scared with all the people there. This guy even came up to us asking us for money for beer! There were even cops talking to this black guy. I stayed right by my mom the whole time! haha I was scared! We walked around for a while then decided to go back to our hotel. We got back and showered and stuff then went to bed.

It feels so nice! I was just at that point on a vacation were your ready to be home! haha and the big news for when we got back home was the basement was almost finished!!! As of today all they have left is to just finish doing the theater!! AH im so excited!! It will be done Monday night!! We don't have any furniture down there yet but we can still go down there and use it so i'm just happy about that!!
